弗罗茨瓦夫理工大学（Wroclaw University of Technology）创建于1945年，位于波兰西部最大城市、金融中心弗罗茨瓦夫，是波兰最好的理工大学之一。学校拥有3个校区，12个学院，35,252名学生，2,035名教师。
2016年弗罗茨瓦夫理工大学3e+暑期学校面向本科、硕士、博士研究生开放，围绕Energy、Electronics、Electricity、Environmental Engineering四个专业开设。具体课程方向包括：

每位学生在报名时需按照喜好顺序选择至少3个课程方向（Theme）。除参与课程学习，学生还将在该校教师的指导下，以4至6人为一组完成研究项目。学生可选修波兰语课程，并在课余时间领略波兰下西里西亚省（Lower Silesia）的优美风光。
项目语言为英语。
